The number of coronavirus cases has now reached 303 after the confirmation of 7 more cases today.
Of the 7 cases, 6 are from Mombasa while one is from Nairobi.
707 have been tested in the last 24 hours as Kenya expects to lick off mass testing.
Making the announcement today, the Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe noted that despite the low numbers in Africa, there might be a surge in the coming days.
ThE Minisry of health has embarked on mass testing, 25,000 kits have so far been dispatched thriughout the country.
By the end of June, the government expects ti have tested 250,000 people.
