The human heart is always searching for something uncertain. It presents itself as something unfinished that keeps troubling you. This something is basically The God Shaped Hole.

Every human heart has this hole which cannot be filled by anything other than God. God created us in His image and without him we are like vehicles without fuel – useless. The need for God is irreplaceable. It is a craving that runs so deep and at some point in life, even the evil of the evil recognize that they need God.

Have you ever wondered why everyone calls on God when trouble befalls them including the non-believers of Christ? It all comes back to this special hole. When leaders are at war and there seems to be no solution, people run to God.

Nothing serves as an alternative to this hole. If you look for an alternative it will not fulfill that desire, there will still be a gap. Human beings try as much as they can to fill this space with alternatives i vain. Failing to acknowledge the supremacy of the one who made us drives us to business, family, sports, career and new experiences with the hope that our inner longing will be satisfied.

The earlier we acknowledge the irreplaceable need to have God in our lives, the happier we will become.
