The late John De Mathew was a well known musician. He perished after a grisly road accident on Thika Super Highway. He left behind two wives and children.
During his burial ceremony, Serafine, the first wife, wowed many when she spoke so boldly and fondly about the second wife, Caroline. She treated many to a rare spectacle of love in a situation where many expect resentment.

“As a second wife you need to be God fearing. We met in 2013 during my birthday and he gave me a date adding that he wanted a second wife,” she said.
The two women demonstrated a rare show of love during John De Mathew’s burial. Women like Serafine are hard to come by.
