The economy of the world has been unforgiving.

Things have been turning out fron bad to worst. Both the rich and the poor have been affected leaving many to struggle in so many ways.

Most people have had it rough econimically and Jeff Koinange has not been left out.

The renowned news anchor who also has his own talk show was on April 6th put up for over ksh130 milion debt.

His houses which sit on 0.67 acres of land which is located in Kitusuru area have been placed on auction.

The bank seeks to recover ksh65M from each of the two villas following a bank loan hat was defaulted in 2019 according to Business Daily.

Bidders are required to have Ksh5M deposit by way of cash or bankers chaque. Garam invesments will be leading the auction.

“The bidders will be required to produce a bidding deposit of Ksh5 million by way of cash or bankers cheque before being allowed to bid,” read an advertised post by Garam Investments.

The homes are valued at ksh200M.
