It seems Miguna Miguna’s Chronicles are not ending any time soon.
It has been a long journey for him since his arrival in Germany on his was back home.
Miguna was supposed to have landed at JKIA on Tuesday the 7th of January but things took a different twist when Lufthansa Airlines denied him boarding after receiving a red alert from the office of the president warning them not to fly Miguna to Kenya or any other African Country.
The self proclaimed general went ahead and explored other options in his quest to land in Kenya. Hours later, Miguna communicated that he had boarded a flight and he was on his way home.
Miguna was then ejeted from the plane following an order from the Kenyan Authorities. Air France confirmed this.
‘Dear Mister Miguna, we fully understand your disappointment but confirm, that to comply with international regulations governing air transport we were obliged to deny boarding as soon as we received the request of Kenyan authorities, as Lufthansa had to do it this morning.’ Read the statement from Air France.
This is the second time Miguna Miguna has been denied boarding a flight to Kenya following warnings from the Kenyan authorities.
It is not known what Miguna’s next move will be.
