It has been four days since Miguna arrived in Europe but he has been unable to board a flight back to his motherland Kenya due to Red alerts issued by Kenyan Authoritis
Moses Kuria accussed Raila Odinga of being responsible of Miguna Miguna’s woes but Raila Odinga has come out saying that he has no problem with Miguna Miguna coming back to the country.
Raila said that Miguna is a small person and he is not a threat to anybody. He said this during the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) in Kisii County.
“The Miguna matter is a small issue that does not require the President or me to handle. Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i will handle that matter so that he can be back to the country and continue doing what he thinks is right,” said Raila.
Raila said that Miguna was free to come to Kenya as long as long he followed the international travel requirements.
The government through its spokesman said that Cyrus Oguna had earlier stated that Miguna was free to visit any Kenyan Embassy anywhere in the wold to get a Kenyan passport.
Miguna declined the Governments advise saying that that could be a trap to eliminate him citing what happened to Saudi Arabia Journalist Mohammed Khashoggi.
