The relationship between President Uhuru and his deputy Ruto has not been the best especially after the grand handshake that saw President Uhuru Kenyatta and the then opposition leader Raila Odinga come together in order to help save the nation from post election wrangles.
Ruto has also been missing from the major presidential updated that President Uhuru gives the nation once in a while.
Their relationship could be headed to the rock bottom as reports have it that state house has started deleting some of the photos which have both Uhuru and Ruto, the once most admired duo.
The most iconic photo of the Uhuru-Ruto duo that used to be outside state house has completely been erased by painting the wall white.
The photo had both Uhuru and Ruto dawning similar outfits: black trousers, red ties and white shirts, while naming their first cabinet after wining the general elections that took place in 2013.

Their relationship was all rosy and their friendship blossomed until the handshake took place in March 2018.
The erasure of the photos could be a result of the ongoing war between camps allied to president Uhuru and those allied to Ruto in the major Jubilee party.
The party’s secretary general recently published a list of National Management Committee despite the Registrar of Political parties putting it on hold after receiving over 300 letters contesting the list. On Saturday The Secretary General announced that the changes that had been made on the list were now effective.
Caleb Kositany, the deputy secretary accused Tuju of disregarding their wishes and breaking law. He insisted the people on the new list are not members of NEC. Both the president and his deputy have remained silent on the matter.
