Deputy President William Ruto continues to face the most embarrassing and direct rejection from officials at State House and those allied to President Uhuru Kenyatta and the handshake.

In yet another huge PR blunder, State House this morning published a post about the President going to officially open the 9th African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Summit attended by several Heads of State and Government, and delegates from across the world at KICC.

Accompanying the President was his Deputy William Ruto who is recognized by the Constitution, and also the first lady Margaret Kenyatta.

In the published post, The President is only recognized to have been with the First Lady and not with the Deputy President. A series of photos in the post also seem to be missing any shots of DP Ruto in the frame.

This would not be the first time that officials close to the President snab Deputy President William Ruto. Political experts point these among the signs that Jubilee as an UhuRuto party died at the birth of the Handshake.

The Big Question is, who is now holding the reigns of Jubilee? Uhuru or Ruto?
