The Health CS Mutahi Kagwe today during the daily Covid-19 briefing announced an additional 147 covid-19 cases IN Kenya bringing the total national tally to 1618.
The government had tested 2831 samples in the last 24 hours bringing the total number of tested samples to 70,172
From the 147 samples that tested positive, 87 are male while 60 are female.
The number of recoveries has also risen to 421 after 13 more people were discharged.
There were three more deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 58.
Out of the 47 counties in the country 32 have already recorded positive cases.
