After taking 100% responsibility in day 1, it’s time to find out how we can achieve goals by staying away from things that don’t matter.
Darren advises that you should stop peeing on yourself – which simply means stop wasting your time and energy on 3P’s – People, problems and Politics.
People work so hard trying achieve goals. They try to create something beautiful. Before long something comes in and destroys everything. For example, they open social media and all their time goes wasted.
For you to avoid that you have to proactively put a stop to what destructs you. Darren says you have to put a lid on your punch ball. By proactively staying away from news and information that are amplified to destruct you from your goal.
Stay away from news, information and news feed where the pee of people gossip, political and exaggerated problems are amplified by those who want to destruct you from your goal.
If you want to achieve goals you work towards that. If you want something you put in more effort to get it. If you want to have more money then you will put in the effort to get that money. If you want a better life you have to create it. You are 100% in life what you create.
Your expectations control your creative process. What you expect is what you look for and that is what you find. That is why expectations result into creation, its simply seeing what you are looking for.
The driving force of your creation is what drives your expectation, and your expectations are driven by your thoughts.
So what controls your thoughts? You think about whatever you put in front of your eyes and what you allow into your ears. What you are reading or listening to or whoever you are talking to is what you think. That is why your association directly influences your life. Your mind acts like a computer, garbage in garbage out.
If you program it for what you want to find and create it will. If you open it up to the wrong product the results will be exactly that.
So our step number 2 for 5 days challenge to being the exception is – cut the fat . Don’t let your mind become obese and slow you down from creating the results that you want. Stop letting people and your devices: phone, radio, television, political rants etc deter you from your vision.
No more unnecessary gossip. Protect your punch ball and be the exception.
