Yaay, it is Friday. Favourite day of the week for most people. Now, before you start letting loose and celebrating the end of a hard week and that the weekend is here, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind.
What makes you lazy and unproductive? For most people it is too much alcohol, processed foods, sugar, tobacco, negative people, digital stimulation etc.

What you need in order to remain energized is enough sleep, exercise, nutrition and emotional connection.
To achieve the big dreams that you have for the coming week week, you have to have the energy and vitality to do it. The architecture of your great success can only be built on the foundation of having great health. It is painful when your mind is ready to work yet your body is not in good a state.
There is nothing more pitiful than a ready and willing mind but an incapable body.

As you proceed to the weekend, think about what your mind, body and spirit needs to properly regenerate and refuel for the week on the other side of the weekend.
Use the weekend to refuel and re-energize other than further burning out your fuels and having to call in sick or limp your way into Monday.
To help you out, write down three things that your mind, body and spirit need less of and three things that they need more of then schedule your weekend accordingly.
